{"id":35695,"date":"2019-01-20T07:46:40","date_gmt":"2019-01-20T12:46:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/canadianbudgetbinder.com\/?p=35695"},"modified":"2025-01-10T09:31:50","modified_gmt":"2025-01-10T09:31:50","slug":"keto-west-african-peanut-soup","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/digitalskyweb.co\/canadianbudgetbinder.com\/2019\/01\/20\/keto-west-african-peanut-soup\/","title":{"rendered":"West African Peanut Soup (Vegetarian, Keto)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h1>YOU&#8217;LL WANT TO ADD THIS TO YOUR LIST OF SOUP RECIPES<\/h1>\n<p>West African Peanut Soup is a full-bodied keto soup that is also vegetarian, inexpensive and perfect for a weeknight meal.<\/p>\n<p>As a self-proclaimed soup nerd I was intrigued when Canadian Budget Binder fan Mary Davies posted that she had West African Peanut Soup for dinner.<\/p>\n<p>I know that you&#8217;re probably thinking soup with peanuts, greens, herbs and spices might not jive together but trust me on this one.<\/p>\n<p>This West African Peanut Soup recipe was ready in 30 minutes which is a huge success for anyone after a hard day at work.<\/p>\n<p>You could easily make this West African Peanut Soup in your crock-pot or insta-pot as well so definitely something to keep in mind.<\/p>\n<p>The best part was that I had all of the African Peanut Soup ingredients in the panty and refrigerator apart from fresh ginger.<\/p>\n<p>Days earlier while at Costco I bought a tub of organic kale thinking I would make something delicious or add it to our meal plan.<\/p>\n<p>Any time I can make a pot of soup with <a href=\"https:\/\/canadianbudgetbinder.com\/2017\/08\/29\/keto-diet-staples-printable-list\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">keto pantry essentials<\/a> that&#8217;s a good meal because I don&#8217;t have to go far to create something filling.<\/p>\n<p>After stopping by the grocery store on Friday night to pick up some fresh ginger I was ready to make Keto African Peanut Soup.<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #000000;\">West African Peanut Soup Ingredient List<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>I bet you&#8217;re wondering, <strong>What is West African Peanut Soup?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Don&#8217;t worry I had no idea either.<\/p>\n<p>In this particular <strong>West African Peanut Soup<\/strong> recipe you have very few ingredients but all of them pack a flavourful punch.<\/p>\n<p>Keep in mind you can add or take-away any of the ingredients based on personal preference.
